Dataval are pleased to announce that they have been appointed to provide valuations on almost 700 properties owned by NCPC, one of the north east's most active and experienced residential landlords. Northern Coalfields Property Company (NCPC) was formed out of the former NCB residential portfolio owners, and is supported by local authorities in the south east Northumberland region.

Since taking over the NCB properties, NCPC have actively and professionally managed their properties adding many new build and other investment stock to their managed list to create a socially aware and professional property investment company.
